Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery on orders above ₹2,500. Delivery charge for smaller orders: ₹299.
Where do you deliver and how fast?
We currently deliver only in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Order before 11 AM: same-day in Vijayawada, Guntur and Eluru; next-day in the rest of both states. Orders placed after 11 AM are scheduled for the next available delivery.
Shelf life and storage
Sweets stay fresh for 7 days from the day of delivery. Milk-based barfis are best stored in the refrigerator.
What are your sweets made with?
No palm oil, Optimum sugar, No white sugar, No maida, Pure desi ghee. Only Organic Besan Dry Fruit Laddu is made with organic besan flour. Many of our sweets contain nuts and milk products. For allergy questions about a specific sweet, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be returned or cancelled, except when the goods arrive damaged. In that case, tell us immediately on WhatsApp on +91 78429 31616 with photos.
Do you take corporate or bulk orders?
Yes — minimum 25 boxes, with 3 days' notice.
